Carbon Coco: My Honest Opinion

It’s almost midnight and I’ve just brushed my teeth with my Carbon Coco kit. They feel smooth and clean. This has been something like a ritual for me for the past 2 weeks. The truth is, since the products are all natural, the results won’t come immediately.

In the era of social media and all the perfect examples it shows we all become self-conscious about the color of our teeth. We all want to look like our favorite influencers and are ready to try new things in order to achieve that. More specifically, you notice how white their teeth look and want to do something about yours despite all the coffee and red wine you love to consume. Apart from eating apples and strawberries (which are said to whiten teeth naturally), there is the also healthy alternative to agressive whitening – Carbon Coco. Here is my honest opinion about it & how to use it!

Firstly, wet your toothbrush.

Then dab your toothbrush in. Tap off the axcess and brush for about 3 minutes. Be careful because this process is quite messy both for your sink & your clothes! I have the ‘Sweet Mint’ version of the powder, which gives a refreshing taste to it.

Then brush your teeth like you’d normally do with the black toothpaste. It becomes white once you start brushing. The taste is fresh and minty.

Honestly, this kit is not appropriate for someone whose teeth are in a desperate need of whitening. In my opinion, the products are mostly suitable for people with naturally whiter teeth, who simply need a touch up every once in a while because of the foods and bevarages (coffee, wine, etc.) they consume. There is a difference, but not a major one, so bear that in mind next time you’re ordering!
