August Favourites

Another month has passed by and this means it’s monthly favorites time!

Since autumn is fastly approaching it’s time for darker colours. This palette contains dark red (which I use almost every time in my crease), dark green, light beige, and a silvery-violet tone. They are quite long-lasting and pigmented.

Catrice’s Liquid Metal Eyeshadow in 030 ‘We Are The Champagnes’:

As we live in the era of highlighters, I have to tell you a secret: Sometimes the best highlighters are eyeshadows. I’ve had this particular one for a while until one day I decided to put it on the top of my cheeks and guess what? It sat there all day and glowed like a dream!

24K Brilliant Gold Michael Kors Perfume:DSC_0976

This is my newest favourite perfume – it’s like a signature scent! It has mostly floral notes with a mix of woody and citrusy ones, too.

The Body Shop Moringa Seed Oil Hand Cream & Body butter:DSC_0987

Not only do they smell amazing, but they also moisturize the skin perfectly – thanks to the seed oil inside, which repairs dry skin.

The Body Shop Mineral & Ginger Warming Massage Clay Mask:

The first time I tried this I was simply stunned by that how quickly this mask warmed up thanks to the ginger inside! I massaged it onto the skin and left it for about 20 minutes. My face felt amazing!

Moisturizing Lip Balm with Bulgarian Lavender:DSC_0991

This is the best lip balm I have ever tried! I mentioned it in a post a while ago but for those of you who haven’t seen it – it is with organic oil from Bulgarian lavender and immediately repairs dry lips! What is more, if you like the smell of lavender, you may fall in love.

Essie’s eternal optimist:DSC_0988

This is a perfect summer to autumn transition color – pinky with brown tones inside. When I wear it I can’t stop looking at my nails and also, it’s quite long-lasting.

OliVital Oil with Almond and Vitamin E:

I put this oil at night on my face and in the morning the skin feels moisturised and soft. It also has vitamin E which eliminates free radicals (they change the function of your cells and make them age faster). You can also use it on your whole body as a moisturiser after a shower or even on your hair as hair oil (be careful not to add too much, however).
